Monthly Discounted Tuition is based on a monthly pre-payment schedule. If payment for the month is received after the 10th of the month, then our standard single class rate will be applied for each class. Tuition is based on a four week month and will remain the same whether it is a five-week or a a shortened month due to holiday breaks.
There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. After the first returned check, you will be required to pay by cash, money order, or cashier's check.
There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS for any dropped or missed classes, although make-ups are offered. See the "Make-Ups" section.
TARDINESS
OVER 15 MINUTES NO ADMITTANCE without the instructors/coaches permission.
MAKE-UPS
Missed classes may be made up only in classes of the same level or lower within the same month. Make-ups must be arranged within 48 hours of the missed class. After the month is over, make-ups are no longer allowed. There is NO CARRY OVER to the next month and NO REFUND will be given. There are NO MAKE-UP CLASSES FOR PRIVATE LESSONS, unless the class is canceled by the teacher.
PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Private lessons are available to students interested in a focused one to one level of training. Semi-private classes are also offered. For more information please contact the instructor/coach.
